I drill a hole in the post 1/2 inch for 4x4 and 3/4 for 6x6 If the concrete is already there you can oversize the hole in the post because an accurate hole in concrete is hard to do, then I epoxy a piece of all thread in the hole. the post can be mounted in place and I use a finish gun to attach
Use a 4×4 brackets and some good concrete anchors. after you set anchors attach 4×4 to brackets and your done. Use brackets so water wont collect under post and rot in future.
I will be putting a 4x4 vinyl sleeve over the 4x4 treated post. I am aware of the bracket that you fasten to the concrete, then to the post. Using that method concerns me about how stable the top of the post will be.
